Qualifications

• Experience performing preventative maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances.
• Ability to schedule and monitor preventative maintenance and apartment turnovers.
• Strong customer service skills to promote quality living experience for residents.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, perform and monitor preventative maintenance and apartment turnovers.
• Diagnose and correct problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming, pool, carpentry, drywalling, exterior structure, and appliances.
• Promptly respond to work order requests.
• Oversee that residential units have been turned in a timely manner and work completed properly.
• Promote quality living experience for all residents by using excellent customer service skills.
• Perform emergency maintenance work when paged.
• Inspect buildings, grounds and safety and alert supervisor to repairs needed.
• Assist supervisor with scheduling and communication of contractors and vendors.
• May be requested to perform other tasks as needed.
