Job summary

You must have at least 1 year of multifamily maintenance or technical training, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. The position offers full-time hours and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year multifamily maintenance experience or technical trade school.
• EPA Certification required.
• Willing to work weekends; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with make-ready of units and unit turns within specified timelines.
• Inspect units at move-in/move-out and document deductions.
• Complete service requests and logs daily; report delays to Service Manager.
• Follow safety practices, attend meetings, and maintain OSHA/MSDS records.
• Communicate with Service Manager and team; update reports and work orders.
• Engage with residents professionally and maintain a positive image.
