Job summary

The Cushman & Wakefield team at The Carillon in Nashville is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support move-ins, resident satisfaction, and timely service.

You will perform readying of apartments, basic repairs, and upkeep of common areas, pools, and grounds, while following safety procedures and local laws. On-call duties may apply, and a professional, customer-focused approach is essential. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II certification and CPO or local city certificate.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make ready apartments, including painting, cleaning and general repairs.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas and amenities for safety.
• Performs scheduled maintenance and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Upholds safety procedures and participates in required trainings.
• On-call availability for after-hour emergencies as needed.
• Delivers superior resident service and professional conduct on-site.
• Dresses in Cushman & Wakefield uniform and maintains equipment safely.
