Job summary

Odin Properties seeks an Apartment Maintenance Technician to organize, prioritize and complete resident work orders and turnovers across our multifamily community. The ideal candidate brings HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills with a strong team mindset and a professional, on-site presence.

Two years of related maintenance experience are required, along with neatness, reliability and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance or related field.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills required.
• EPA Type 2 certification a plus.
• Neat, clean and professional with reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report daily to the Property Manager.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/materials.
