Job summary

Odin Management LLC is seeking a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily community. The role focuses on organizing, prioritizing, and completing resident work orders and turnovers, with a preference for experience in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years in apartment maintenance, maintain a neat work area, be available for on-call rotations, and coordinate parts purchases with the Property Manager to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in maintenance field.
• Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Electrical, plumbing and carpentry experience required.
• Neat, clean and professional presentation.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and turnovers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean at all times.
• Participate in on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.
