Odin Management LLC is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily community in Dallas, Texas. The role focuses on organizing and completing resident work orders and turnovers, with responsibilities across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of maintenance experience, EPA Type 2 certification a plus, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. On-call rotations and coordination with the Property Manager are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience in maintenance field.
• Type 2 EPA certification a plus.
• Neat, clean and professional appearance.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.

Responsibilities

• Organize and complete resident work orders and turnovers.
• Maintain a neat and clean maintenance area.
• Join on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on parts/material purchasing.
