Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Conners Senior Village in Villa Rica, GA. This full-time role runs 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday, focusing on upkeep, preventative maintenance, and timely completion of work orders to keep our affordable housing communities in excellent condition.

You will troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems, perform repairs, and assist with unit make-readies and routine maintenance tasks with attention to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building systems.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC during unit turns, work orders, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
• Move and install materials and supplies as needed; operate a registered, insured vehicle.
• Conduct unit make-readies, including painting, carpet cleaning, and cleaning as needed.
• Perform quarterly preventative maintenance checks.
