Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our on-site team. This role supports property upkeep, completes routine tasks, and builds essential trade skills for advancement within multifamily maintenance.

The position offers $19 to $21 hourly, depending on experience, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., plus on-call rotation. On-site work at our Tennessee properties is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred).
• Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
• Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs.
• Replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
• Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Support seasonal preparation and storm response.
• Maintain clean work and storage areas.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Follow company safety protocols.
• Maintain a basic personal tool kit.
• Complete required training and compliance courses.
