Trinity Property Consultants in Atlanta is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support property upkeep, complete routine service requests, and build essential trade skills. You will join a team dedicated to safe, reliable maintenance across multifamily properties.

Compensation ranges from $22 to $27 per hour, depending on experience, with potential lease renewal bonuses. This role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays and offers growth opportunities within the maintenance

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred).
• Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
• Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs.
• Replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
