Job summary

MDI Management is seeking Maintenance II Technicians to join our Salem team. Pay is based on experience and includes a variety of maintenance and general labor tasks in a multi-property setting.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, turning units, responding to emergencies, and assisting with landscaping. The role requires lifting, outdoor work in all weather, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts.
• Willingness to perform a broad range of maintenance and general labor tasks.
• Ability to operate safely in outdoor environments and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Respond to 24-hour maintenance emergency calls.
• Walk properties daily to remove litter and debris.
• Turn vacant units and prepare them per schedule.
• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Assist with landscaping and minor repairs as directed.
