Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support 888 units across Chelsea, Everett, and Revere, MA. You will handle maintenance in apartments, common areas, offices, grounds, and parking lots, ensuring property upkeep and safety.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, basic plumbing/electrical knowledge, and a valid driver's license. On-call duties and a Monday–Friday schedule apply.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall, appliances, HVAC, and/or carpentry.
• A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards.
• Experience with boilers and chiller systems.
• Basic familiarity with computers and tablets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Availability for on-call activity during off-hours for urgent needs.
• Ability to speak and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair in areas such as appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC.
• Complete assigned service requests and repairs per procedures.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and market readiness.
• Perform maintenance service orders and inspections.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal (snow removal, landscaping, trash).
• On-call availability during off-hours as scheduled.
