Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support upkeep and routine repairs across multifamily properties. You will perform basic maintenance tasks, respond to service requests, and help with make-ready duties, under supervision. The role requires a proactive, safety-minded approach and availability for on-call as needed.

Compensation ranges from $21 to $25 per hour, plus eligibility for performance and lease-renewal bonuses. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance experience in multifamily settings preferred.
• Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.
• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
• Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs.
• Replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
• Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
