Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support multifamily properties. You will perform service requests, make-ready turns, and preventative maintenance, diagnosing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues with independence and safety.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with on-call duties, 2+ years of maintenance experience, and a High School Diploma or GED. Earn $18–$20 hourly plus lease-renewal bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience required (multifamily preferred).
• Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Demonstrate safe operation of tools, diagnostic equipment, and chemical safety procedures.
