Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support property upkeep, perform routine repairs, and build foundational trade skills toward advancement in multifamily maintenance. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include ground and interior maintenance, responding to service requests, and assisting with inspections. You will need basic tools, a safety mindset, and a willingness to learn.

Formación

• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred).
• Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
• Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs.
• Replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
• Assist with inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Support seasonal preparation and storm response.
• Maintain clean work and storage areas.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Follow all company safety protocols.
• Maintain a basic personal tool kit.
• Complete required training and compliance courses.
