Job summary

TAM Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Myrtle Beach to handle work orders, repairs, renovations and unit turnovers. You will support the Lead Maintenance Technician and Community Manager while following maintenance programs and safety standards.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, organizing supplies, inspecting units for make-ready readiness, and coordinating with vendors as needed. A valid driver’s license and ability to work evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance and repairs.
• HVAC certification is required.
• CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and repairs promptly across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and fixtures.
• Perform preventative maintenance and organize inventory and supplies.
• Inspect vacated units and complete make-ready renovations.
• Promote safe work practices and comply with laws and Fair Housing regulations.
