Qualifications

• Experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform routine apartment maintenance and repairs (painting, appliance repair, carpet cleaning, general building upkeep).
• Troubleshoot and assist with plumbing, heating, AC, electrical, carpentry, roofing, and other property systems.
