Job summary
Klingbeil Capital Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Westminster, CO to maintain apartment communities with a focus on reliability and safety.
You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs, prep vacant units, and provide outstanding resident service while on-call for emergencies.
The role requires hands-on maintenance experience or trades training, plus HVAC certification or plan to obtain within 90 days.

- Experience in building maintenance or related trades.
- HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair skills.
- HVAC certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
- Availability for emergency on-call, evenings or weekends.
Responsibilities
- Showing care and concern for our residents through excellence in service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance
- Resolving maintenance issues in the area of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
- Preparing vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Preserving the beauty of the building and the safety of the community through general upkeep and cleanliness, snow removal and grounds maintenance
- Providing residents with outstanding customer service
- Working weekends or evenings and being on call for after hour emergencies
