Job summary

Olen Living in Boynton Beach, FL, is seeking a skilled, full-time Maintenance Technician to keep our multifamily community in top condition. You’ll perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance repairs, and help prepare vacant apartments for occupancy.

Our ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related maintenance experience, strong customer-service skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, vendors and co-workers.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Must provide and use own hand tools.
• Florida: valid driver’s license required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs and appliance service.
• Assist with preparing vacant apartments for occupancy and turnover.
• Participate in community maintenance, groundskeeping and service requests.
• Respond to emergency calls after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
