Job summary

Olen Living is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician for our multifamily apartment community in Boynton Beach, FL. This full-time role covers a wide range of tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, as well as preparing vacant units for occupancy and assisting with community maintenance.

The ideal candidate will bring 1–2 years of related maintenance experience, strong customer service, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1–2 years of maintenance experience and/or training.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and co-workers.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently, up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid Florida driver's license.
• Must provide and use own hand tools unless specified by the property.
• Problem solving and time management skills.
• Team player attitude.
