BMOC Inc. is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to keep residential and commercial properties safe, functional, and welcoming.

You will work independently, diagnose issues, and perform preventative maintenance with pride in quality workmanship. This role requires HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair experience, strong customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while following safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily or commercial properties.
• Experience troubleshooting HVAC systems and heat pumps.
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose problems independently and complete repairs efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple work orders.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Must own and maintain a basic set of hand and power tools necessary to perform routine property-maintenance work.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable using smartphones, mobile work order systems, and maintenance software.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including heat pumps and other mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment life and reduce emergency repairs.
• Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance and repairs involving plumbing, drywall repair, patching, and painting; basic to intermediate electrical work; appliance repair; doors, windows, locks, flooring, and other general building repairs.
• Inspect properties and identify maintenance issues before they become major problems.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors, ensuring work is completed safely and to company standards.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as part of an on-call rotation when scheduled.
• Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records, and inventory.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property managers, and team members.
• Follow all company safety policies and applicable building codes.
