Arnold Grounds is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community in Elberton, GA. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the property's systems to meet safety and comfort standards, with a hands-on approach and a commitment to affordable housing.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting; responding to resident requests; inspections; preparing vacant units; and keeping records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in general maintenance and repair work.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication with residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and resolve issues efficiently.

• Ensure that common areas and grounds are clean and well-maintained.
• Assist in the preparation of vacant units for new residents.
