Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, and carpentry.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Complete daily resident work orders.
