Arnold Grounds Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community in Elberton, GA. You will perform routine maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, respond to resident requests, and help prepare vacant units for new residents.

You will also inspect properties, maintain common areas, and support day-to-day operations to uphold safe, affordable housing standards.

Qualifications
