Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA certification Type I/II/Universal required.
• 1–3+ years of maintenance, facilities, or multi‑family housing experience.
• Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and resolve maintenance issues across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, flooring, stairs, railings, and other building components.
• Correct unsafe conditions and hazards quickly and safely.
• Monitor and report on condition of building and security systems (doors, cameras).
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC units and systems.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and spare parts to complete work orders.
• Respond to on‑call rotations and emergency maintenance situations.
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents and team members.
• Document completed work and report recurring issues to supervisor.
