Blue Ridge Apartments seeks an on-site Maintenance Technician to support our residents with timely, professional service and to ensure high-quality move-ins and ongoing satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preparing apartments, addressing maintenance requests, performing tasks in plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, and maintaining common areas. The role requires on-site presence and potential after-hours scheduling in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Experience in maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, carpentry, painting, and snow removal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, repairs, cleaning and related duties.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance tasks in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting and snow removal.
• Maintain grounds and common areas to keep facilities safe and clean.
• Attend trainings and adhere to Cushman and Wakefield standards.
• On-call may be required for after-hours emergencies.
• Report maintenance concerns to supervisor and perform duties as assigned.
