Job summary

Atlantic Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for EVOQ Johns Creek. The role requires hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general apartment maintenance, with EPA certification strongly preferred and training offered.

You should be safety-minded, customer-focused, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. We value a background in multifamily property maintenance, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• EPA-certified (or motivated to become certified with our support) and hands‑on HVAC, plumbing and electrical experience.
• Experience in multifamily or residential property maintenance preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional image and attitude aligned with resident welfare.
• Respond to work orders promptly and inform the supervisor of progress.
• Provide 24-hour emergency service participation in on-call rotations.
• Observe and report on needed parts, supplies and condition of apartments.
• Assist with turnover make-ready tasks and maintain common areas.
• Keep tools inventory, follow safety procedures and work with supervision.
