MAA Lenox in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs across apartment homes and property facilities. You will diagnose and repair HVAC units, electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry tasks while adhering to preventative maintenance schedules.

Requirements include 1–3 years’ experience in multifamily maintenance, EPA Type II or Universal certification (or within 90 days), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in multifamily property maintenance or repair.
• HVAC experience required.
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal required at hire or within 90 days of start date.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for move-in and perform maintenance/repair tasks.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Repair electrical appliances, outlets and light fixtures.
• Repair plumbing, carpentry, and locks.
• Follow a planned preventative maintenance schedule and follow up with residents after repairs.
