SRG Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support turnover and renovation units in a Kansas City property. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform diverse repairs, and assist with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires weekend availability and a high school diploma or technical training, with benefits and a 401(k) plan. This position operates at a 250-unit property and emphasizes teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must have experience across electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting and appliance work.
• Able to read service orders and safety/maintenance manuals.
• High attention to safety, OSHA knowledge, and MSDS familiarity.
• High school diploma or GED; technical training or related experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Address maintenance requests and renovations in turnover units.
• Perform internal and external repairs including drywall, plumbing, appliances, boilers, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to emergencies and after-hours calls as scheduled.
• Operate machine tools to fabricate parts and fixtures as needed.
• Maintain inventory and keep facilities orderly and clean.
