Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of residential or property maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repair work involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and more.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
