Job summary

Western National Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the SC Timbers Apartment Homes in Oxnard, CA. The role covers managing multifamily maintenance, overseeing emergency repairs, and supervising a maintenance/grounds team to preserve asset quality.

You’ll mentor staff, coordinate with vendors, and drive improvements in maintenance techniques. Experience with Yardi Voyager and MS Office is a plus; a HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two+ years in the multifamily industry with at least one+ year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to mentor a team and coordinate external vendors.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (MS Office, Outlook).
• Experience turning units quickly and maintaining asset quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and emergency repairs.
• Manage unit turnovers and asset preservation tasks.
• Supervise maintenance and grounds teams, including vendor coordination.
• Drive maintenance innovation and uphold safety and quality standards.
