Western National Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day upkeep at Ridgewood Village Apartment Homes in Orange, CA. The role emphasizes hands-on trade work, team mentoring, emergency repairs, and on-time turnover of units to protect asset value.

You’ll manage a small crew, coordinate with outside vendors, and uphold safety standards while delivering reliable service to residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in multifamily maintenance with supervisory experience in property management.
• Hands-on trade skills across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and related trades.
• Comfort with computer tools: Microsoft Office and Outlook; Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs and unit turnovers.
• Mentor and lead maintenance staff; coordinate with external vendors.
• Ensure asset preservation, safety compliance, and high resident satisfaction.
