Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance duties under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, while upholding the highest standards of customer service and curb appeal of the property.

You will perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, grounds, and participate in preventative maintenance; handle work orders and respond to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field is required.
• General maintenance skills are required.
• HVAC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
• Carpentry duties include wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, golf-cart, elevator and more.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to standard and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness; identify issues needing maintenance or replacement.
• Assist with property emergencies (snow removal, fires, floods) and other incidents as needed.
• Communicate with maintenance supervisor about issues; adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Participate in emergency on-call/after-hours maintenance per required response times.
• Promote customer satisfaction with courteous, professional resident interactions.
• Maintain professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
