Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team at our properties. You will manage daily tasks, prepare vacant units for occupancy, and ensure preventative maintenance is performed across the community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and scheduling, including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
• Assist in interviewing and screening potential maintenance, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds staff with the manager.
• Train service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds staff.
• Maintain work areas, tools, and equipment; ensure OSHA safety policies are followed.
• Support vendor oversight and scheduling; manage inventory and purchasing of supplies.
