Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team, oversee daily tasks, and ensure timely repair of buildings and grounds. The role requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, plus supervisory experience and strong communication skills.

The position offers full-time hours with a competitive hourly rate and benefits. Candidates should be prepared for on-call duties and a collaborative, safety-conscious work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance/handyman roles.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to operate power and hand tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance tasks and schedule work for vacancies and preventative repairs.
• Assist interviewing and onboarding of service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds staff with manager.
• Train maintenance staff and ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas; keep logs and MSDS updated.
