Job summary

CAPREIT is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Provence Apartments in Burnsville, MN. You will manage maintenance tasks across the community, ensuring timely repairs and preventive upkeep while supervising maintenance staff and coordinating with office personnel and vendors.

The role requires 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience, a valid CFC certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to provide basic tools. On-call coverage and a competitive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• CFC certification with Type I and II or Universal is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the maintenance and upkeep of the community by troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing heating, A/C, water heaters, appliances, plumbing and electrical systems, and other building components.
• Schedule service requests, turnovers, inventory, supplies, and coordinate contractors; maintain preventative maintenance program and periodic inspections.
• Oversee maintenance staff: hiring, training, and supervision of maintenance personnel.
