Qualifications

• At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry work.
• HVAC and CPO certifications are highly desired.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be available for on-call and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates resident relations and customer service by treating residents with respect and responding to maintenance concerns.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to work orders and resident requests.
• Inspect property to identify hazards and ensure safety standards are met.
• Maintain inventory and budgets for maintenance supplies.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide training under the Community Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
