Ideal candidates have HVAC experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with residents and supervisors.

Qualifications

• HVAC maintenance experience required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• CPO and EPA certifications are a plus.
• Multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and supervise technicians.
• Coordinate work orders and vendor tasks to meet deadlines.
• Manage inspections and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Maintain maintenance logs and ensure budget adherence.
• Assist at other Haven properties as needed.
