StoneCreek Communities at Fox Ridge Apartments in Omaha, NE is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance. The team offers bonuses, housing discounts, holidays, and comprehensive benefits as part of our on-site community.

We provide competitive hourly wages of $26.00–$28.00, with opportunities for growth. Candidates should have at least 3 years in multifamily maintenance in a supervisory role and EPA certification; CAMT/CPO

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Multifamily Maintenance in a supervisory role.
• EPA Certification Type I/II or Universal required.
• CPO and CAMT certifications preferred.
• On-call rotation ability required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders for resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Manage make-ready process for new move-ins and inspect completed work.
• Track inventory, order supplies, and notify supervisors when reordering.
• Document work orders clearly for tracking and reporting.
• Assist with grounds maintenance and common areas as needed.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with emergency and non-emergency work orders.
