Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Victorian Village Apartments in St. Louis, MO. The role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay, and a robust benefits package.

You will oversee maintenance operations, perform Make Ready/Turning Units, and coordinate preventive maintenance with the Property Manager. On-call rotation and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• Manage maintenance operations and staff for a multi-family property.
• Coordinate Make Ready/Turning Units between tenants and schedules.
• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
• Work with Property Manager on monthly budget review and reporting.
• Respond to on-call needs on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work orders are prioritized and completed.
• Perform interior/exterior painting and staining as required.
• Collaborate with PM to manage budget and repairs.
• Maintain equipment and appliances in rental units.
• Oversee safety and compliance within property.
• Assist in developing maintenance protocols and standards.
