Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for River Chase Apartments in Florissant, MO. The role offers competitive pay, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, quarterly maintenance bonuses, and rich benefits in a supportive team environment.

You will perform maintenance tasks, handle work orders, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure safe, comfortable homes for residents. EPA/HVAC credentials are valued, with room for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in apartment/maintenance work.
• EPA Certification preferred for HVAC work.
• HVAC Certification and CPO Certification are a plus.
• Proficiency in drywall repair, painting, and carpentry.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Water heater experience (electric and gas).

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders promptly based on priority.
• Turn and make apartments move-in ready between resident occupancy.
• Paint and stain interiors and exteriors.
• HVAC maintenance and repair (EPA cert preferred).
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep a clean maintenance shop.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation with the team.
