Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for our 94-door communities at Condos at the Villager and Hunter’s Court Townhomes. This hands-on role requires strong HVAC expertise, a focus on resident satisfaction, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

You will oversee maintenance, landscaping, and grounds, respond to after-hours calls, and help hire, train, and supervise maintenance, custodial, and grounds staff while delivering exceptional service to residents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience.
• Strong HVAC experience; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Ability to respond to after-hours calls.
• Reliable transportation and basic tools.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment following all safety standards.
• Respond to service requests and assist with apartment make-readies.
• Manage after-hours repair calls promptly.
• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising maintenance, custodial, and grounds team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
• Maintain inventory and manage the maintenance budget.
• Supervise vendors and in-house staff, ensuring OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance.
