• Report problems to Community Manager and document issues.
• Maintain grounds and common areas to keep them neat and safe.
• Assist with curb appeal and model unit presentation as needed.
• Complete maintenance work orders and monitor for patterns.
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and preventative tasks.
• Assist with turning vacant units and updating status to managers.
• Manage on-call schedule for emergencies on a rotating basis.
