Candidates should have apartment maintenance experience, own basic tools, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance experience required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from heights.
• Capable of working 40 hours per week plus overtime.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance
• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Handle plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with residents and management
