SUMMIT WEST APARTMENTS 1 LLC in Lithonia, GA seeks an Apartment Maintenance Technician for a full-time role. You will perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across a multifamily community and respond to resident needs with a service-oriented approach.

Candidates should have apartment maintenance experience, own basic tools, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
