Affinity-Property-Management’s Village at Main Street in Wilsonville seeks a Maintenance Technician for full-time, on-site work. You will handle daily maintenance tasks, respond to emergencies on a rotating schedule, and help keep common areas safe and inviting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year(s) of multi-family maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills needed.
• Ability to multi-task and work on a rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24 hours of submission.
• Assist with inventory of tools, supplies, and materials.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on rotating schedule.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry.
• Maintain pool/spa equipment where applicable.
• Ensure proper turnover during vacancies and communicate with supervisors.
