Job summary

Affinity Property Management - OR in Eugene, OR is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support two apartment communities (Crosswood and 1840 Garden) with a full-time schedule, 8:00am-5:00pm Tuesday–Saturday and rotating on-call for after-hours emergencies.

The role reports to the Property Manager and offers $22.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, 401k, paid time off, holidays, and a $50 monthly phone allowance.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance.
• Possess your own hand tools.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work as part of a regional on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across grounds, fixtures, appliances, and common areas.
• Complete work orders within 24 hours to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Assist with turnover, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Communicate with Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager regularly.
• Ensure safety regulations and building codes compliance.
