Wynen's is seeking an Maintenance Technician II to support daily maintenance operations at a multifamily apartment community. You will handle resident service requests, ensure move-in readiness, and perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems.

You will troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues, maintain common areas, and respond to emergencies while coordinating with outside vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working in multifamily maintenance or similar residential facilities.
• Able to diagnose and resolve basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliance problems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
• Professional, resident-focused communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Complete resident service requests and ensure units are ready for move-in.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems and components.
• Troubleshoot basic issues in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and common household appliances.
• Maintain and upkeep common areas to ensure safe, clean, and functional spaces.
• Respond to emergency calls and address urgent maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with outside vendors when additional expertise or parts are required.
