Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II onsite in Marietta, GA to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliances, while assisting with apartment make-readies and preventive maintenance. You will support safety and quality standards across properties and participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of maintenance experience and basic computer skills to manage work orders, with EPA 608 Type I certification

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of general maintenance and safety experience.
• Intermediate computer skills, including industry specific technology required to perform job functions.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision.
• High School diploma – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and make repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, interior and exterior structural, appliances.
• Assist with apartment make-readies.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects for the property.
• Respond to resident requests per company standards.
• Post notices and other community communication, if applicable.
