Point Real Estate Management LLC | PRM in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance at a large apartment community in Waukesha. This full-time, on-site role partners with the Property Manager to ensure quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.

You will lead a maintenance team, perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks, coordinate unit turns, and keep thorough records of work orders and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-time apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA certification.
• Own basic set of hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel and work some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and coordinate unit turns.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; ensure safety and curb appeal.
• Be on call for emergencies and inspections.
