Landings Real Estate Group in Middleborough, MA is seeking a Maintenance Trades Technician to keep apartment communities running at their best. This hands-on role emphasizes carpentry, repairs, and multi-trade skills with a team that supports your work.

You will handle apartment turns, electrical, plumbing, HVAC issues, and preventive maintenance, with a 24-hour turnaround on work orders and rotating on-call responsibilities including evenings and weekends. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade schooling a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance, construction, or a single skilled trade.
• Solid carpentry skills: framing, finishing, cabinetry, drywall, or similar work.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns with focus on carpentry and skilled trades (doors, cabinet installation, trim, drywall, painting).
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC issues.
• Complete work orders promptly with a typical 24-hour turnaround.
• Participate in rotating emergency on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Support seasonal property needs (snow removal and other tasks).
